Our Fitness Center is designed to help you train with purpose and power. With a full strength training area, weights, cardio equipment, and a multi-use open floor, it’s the perfect space for every fitness level. From solo workouts or personal training all the way up to group fitness classes, we offer the space and tools you need to build strength, boost endurance, and stay motivated here at the MAC.

TRAINING CENTER AMENITIES

Cardio Deck

Our expansive cardio deck features treadmills, ellipticals, bikes, and rowers to keep your workouts engaging and effective. Whether you’re training for endurance or just getting your heart rate up, there’s equipment for every pace and goal.

Free Weights

From dumbbells and barbells to benches and racks, our free weight area offers everything you need to build strength and improve form. We have designated spaces and free weights for both beginners and experienced lifters.

Performance Lifting

Train like an athlete in our performance lifting zone, equipped with multiple squat racks, benches, cable machines, and specialty bars. This area supports powerlifting, Olympic lifting, and functional strength training.

Specialty Machines

Our specialty strength machines provide targeted muscle engagement and safe, controlled movement for all fitness levels. We offer a range of machines to target and refine specific muscle groups with confidence.
