H2O Strength, Cardio & Balance

A low-impact, full-body water workout that uses the natural resistance and buoyancy of water. Ideal for those with arthritis, recovering from injuries, or anyone seeking a gentle yet effective exercise. Improve strength, cardiovascular health, and balance in a joint-friendly environment.

H2O Cardio

An energizing aquatic workout that builds cardiovascular endurance using the resistance of water. This low-impact class protects joints while delivering a full-body workout. Suitable for all fitness levels. Equipment may include flotation belts, water dumbbells, and noodles.

H2O HIIT

A fast-paced water workout alternating bursts of high-intensity effort with short recovery periods. This format elevates your heart rate, boosts metabolism, and promotes fat burn, all with reduced joint strain. Adaptable for all fitness levels.

Golden Move

A low-impact class designed for seniors and beginners, focused on improving strength, balance, flexibility, and cardiovascular health. This class promotes mobility through functional movements in a supportive, non-intimidating atmosphere.

GRIND (HIIT Training)

A high-intensity interval training class on land that alternates between short bursts of intense exercise and recovery. Designed to quickly elevate heart rate and push physical limits, GRIND is suitable for all fitness levels with modifications available.

Move Well

A functional fitness class that trains your body for real-life movements. Improve strength, mobility, balance, and coordination to make everyday tasks easier and safer. Great for all ages and fitness levels.

Equipment may include resistance bands, light dumbbells, stability balls, medicine balls, or body weight.

IGNITE

A high-energy strength and conditioning class using resistance and high-rep training to build endurance, power, and total-body tone.
